This policy explains how Tom Fortes Mayer (The Freedom Co) ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit this website or buy Love Your Life — The Inner Child Healing Collection. We are the data controller for this information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Purchase details: your name, email address and billing details when you buy. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Mailing list: your email address if you choose to join our list.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

How we use it and our legal basis

• To process your order and give you access to the collection — performance of a contract.

This website currently uses only essential cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this business, under contracts that protect it:

• Our course platform — delivering your purchase

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept for as long as needed to help you.

Children

This collection is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
