If the Collection isn't right for you, email tom@thefreedom.co within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full — no awkward questions.

Your legal right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because the Collection is delivered immediately, this legal right ends once you ask for and receive access during checkout. Our 14-day promise above applies regardless.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days of our confirmation. Access to the Collection ends once a refund is issued.

Faulty content

If any part of the Collection doesn't work as described, tell us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you, as your statutory rights provide.
